Our Skate-a-Thon will be March 24, 2026! The Skate-a-Thon committee and school board are now seeking contributions from local businesses not only to help underwrite the Skate-a-Thon, but to also help us raise funds, which are earmarked for purchasing items to complete our new classrooms and campus. Examples of items that need to be purchased are: Kinder and 1st grade cubbies, upper school and athletic lockers, stage lighting, lower school froggy ball, round event tables, branded sideline seating for the gym, outdoor court striping, and outdoor picnic tables.
If you know of any businesses that would like to take part in corporate sponsorship or just make a donation, please reach out to them! A Sponsorship Level form can be found attached to this email as well as a sample corporate fundraising letter.
In addition to the sponsor level incentives, we will have a sponsorship banner displayed for the week of the Skate-a-Thon. This eye-catching banner will be next to Sabine Creek Road the week of our event to advertise and show our appreciation to our corporate sponsors! This will be available to sponsorship levels starting at $2,000.
